Sandra has an extremely varied background but has always thrived at being the client advocate ensuring that she drives all actions to a satisfactory completion. She prides herself on her ability to make whatever experience or process as easy and carefree as possible for the client. To Sandra, it is all about taking the stress and burden off a client’s shoulders and making the experience as enjoyable as possible. Sandra’s past career has included: Human Resources within a large Commercial Real Estate company; National Relationship Management role within a large Telecommunications company. She thoroughly enjoyed being the voice of the client and advocating their requirements and ensuring that their needs were met. These roles required Sandra to be extremely good at communication and more importantly have the ability to co-ordinate and liaise between many competing divisions and ensure that the outcomes were achieved – always with the client’s best interests in mind. As a lifestyle decision, Sandra and her husband decided to relocate from Western Sydney over 20 years ago. After having a few years in hiatus whilst raising a family with three sons, Sandra resumed her career in the Financial Services Industry. She is now thrilled to be working closely with Lance to achieve the best possible result for their clients in an easy to follow and stress-free process. She enjoys living in the Lake Macquarie area and regularly takes in the beauty of her local area with her family. Currently studying a Bachelor of Physiotherapy, it is clear that customer service and client focus is a skills set that she possesses. Having commenced in the Real Estate industry nearly a decade ago as a junior staff member has meant that Andréea has been in and around Real Estate most of her life. Joining the family business is something that Andréea is excited by as she knows that her input will be valued. Through her parents' Real Estate experiences, Andréea has been in around buying, selling, developing, and renovating properties. This gives her a great understanding of all Real Estate processes. Youthful exuberance, social media experience, and formal education mean that Andréea will be an invaluable addition to the team.

Having always had a passion for real estate, Kristina has personally bought, sold and renovated multiple properties, resulting in a clear understanding of the real estate sales process. With a previous career history within the health care sector and travel industry as a flight attendant, Kristina has great rapport with the public and high standards in meeting customers’ expectations. As someone always ‘on the go’ & with a great work ethic, Kristina utilises her knowledge to assist customers in optimising property sale potential through an individual, non-standardised approach.

Arianne has just completed her HSC with incredible results. She will continue her studies by commencing a double degree in STEM in 2025. Lance Jensen & Associates are pleased to introduce Arianne to the business as she will take on a Sales Support Role in 2024, then continuing part time through her studies. She has incredible attention to detail, ensuring that our client’s properties are marketed superbly, and processes are followed through the sales system. Arianne has a pleasant demeanour and always wants to be of assistance, her personality traits are perfect for the role that she will be performing through the guidance and mentorship of Sandra Moffitt. Arianne has administrative and sales experience having worked with Ocean and Lake all Trade Services and Portmans since she was 15 years old. This, along with growing up in a family that has been real estate focused through investments, developments, and renovations, gives her incredible insight into the real estate world.
